How To Prepare For Your Appointment

Your appointment is scheduled--what's next?

We are so glad you asked! In order to make your appointment go smoother, we have a list of general notes we'd like our clients and customers to note and take action on.

#1 - Windows and Doors

Please make sure to close all windows and doors--- let us know if any sealing is loose or missing. This is to mitigate & minimize water intrusion into the home.

#2 - Decor

Move all furniture, decorative pieces, rugs, and potted plants away from the home.

#3 - Vehicles

Please park vehicles away from the home or in the garage (if applicable).

#4 - Pets

We love your pets! Make sure they have ample time to play and potty outside before your appointment. And please pick up any leftover waste in the yard. We will have our hoses out in the yard.

#5 - Water

Make sure outside spigots are accessible and working. If they aren't working please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

*There will be a charge added onto your invoice if we need to bring water to the site.

#5 - At Home

Good news! You do not need to be home for this service. But if you do plan to be home, please stay inside until we are finished with washing. In the event you need to leave before we are finished, please let us know before we start working so we can work around that-- We definitely can accommodate where necessary.

For Your Benefit

Thank you for taking the time to read through these tips on how to prepare for your appointment. It is for your benefit and ours. Having these taken care of ensures a smooth and quicker service.
