Terms & Conditions:

  1. Legally Binding Agreement: By accepting an estimate with River City Restoration, LLC., you are signing a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed upon price.

  2. Product Warranties: Roof washes come with a 1 year warranty. We guarantee that you will not have any organic growth on the roof for 1 year.
*This covers organic growth not pollen gathering on the roof.
*Guarantee is void if there are over hanging trees within 10 feet of the roof.

  3. Water Usage: By accepting this agreement, you agree to provide River City Restoration, LLC. the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive.
*Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.

  4. Color and Tone Concerns: On painted surfaces, a test spot will be checked to ensure that the cleaning agent does not remove the paint color. There are a few paint manufacturers that have organic pigments in their paint. If your house has organic pigmented paint, we will not be able to provide you with a house wash.
Stained and wooden surfaces: depending on the condition of the surface it will take the cleaning agent differently. Wood naturally has different tones and colors. The result of cleaning wooden surfaces will not be a uniform color or tone. The wood's natural grain and tone will remain. We strongly recommend waiting a week after cleaning, then sealing or staining wood surfaces.

  5. Courtesy: While River City Restoration, LLC. is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work areas. We ask that all pet waste be picked up before our arrival. If there is waste in the yard and you are not able to pick it up, we will not be able to provide services. The appointment will either be rescheduled or canceled.

  8. Removal & Replacement of Deck Contents: Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. This also includes screened porches and clutter around the house.
*An additional charge may be applied for time & labor devoted to the removal of these items.

  9. Damages: River City Restoration, LLC. will not be responsible for the following conditions. 10. Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by power washing or soft washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, & splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. River City Restoration, LLC. cannot guarantee removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

If you do not want this material used during our marketing let us know and your wishes will be respected. If we do not hear from you regarding photography it is assumed that you do not have a problem with it. Either way, we need will take photos/videos for liability.

  13.  Products being used: During the treatment of organic growth, sodium hypochlorite is used as a disinfectant. This is an industry standard for soft washing, but there is a concern for some homeowners that our cleaning agents will damage plant life. During our cleaning process all vegetation will be watered before, during, and after our cleaning. In almost all of our cleaning processes we are using a mixture of 98.75% water and 1.25% sodium hypochlorite. During stain and graffiti removal, certain acids are needed to remove the stain. If you have any questions or concerns about what products are being used during our services, feel free to ask us.
