Another 10% will be added on every day until the invoice is paid. Commercial workPayment is due at invoicing. 3. Courtesy: While River City Restoration, LLC. is on location and  performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all  children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work  areas. We ask that all pet waste be picked up before our arrival. If there  is waste in the yard and you are not able to pick it up, Then there will be a $150 fee as we'll have to clean animal waste off of our equipment.

4. Water Usage: By accepting this agreement, you agree to provide River  City Restoration, LLC. the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. It is the  customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. *Additional charges will be applied if water is not available, or the job will be canceled.

5. Color and Tone Concerns: On painted surfaces, a test spot will be checked to ensure that the cleaning agent does not remove the paint color. There are a few paint manufacturers that have organic pigments in their paint. If your house has organic pigmented paint, we will not be  able to provide you with a house wash. Stained and wooden surfaces: depending on the condition of the  surface it will take the cleaning agent differently. Wood naturally has  different tones and colors. The result of cleaning wooden surfaces will  not be a uniform color or tone. The wood's natural grain and tone will  remain. We recommend waiting a week after cleaning, then  sealing or staining wood surfaces.

6. Scheduling: Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best  to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances  that are beyond our control may affect your appointment dates. You  will be notified of any changes.

7. Removal & Replacement: Removal and  replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are  the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items away from the home, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. This also includes screened porches and clutter  around the house. *An additional charge may be applied for time & labor devoted to the removal of these items.

8. Damages: River City Restoration, LLC. will not be responsible for the following conditions. We are not responsible for damages due to  improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective  construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed  gutters and downspouts, and improper caulking. In every aluminum  siding case & some cases with vinyl siding, the weather will bleach the  color or cause fading. We will do our best not to cause more fading, but it may accrue. River City Restoration, LLC. will not be responsible for  loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

9. Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by power washing or  soft washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, & splatters from stains and  paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. River City Restoration, LLC. cannot guarantee removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting  the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

10. Property Condition: River City Restoration, LLC. expects your  property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes but is not  limited to, all electrical service including receptacles and light fixtures.  Doors and windows shall also be weathertight. River City Restoration,  LLC. is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration  from poor or improper installation, maintenance or repair of electrical  related items or doors or windows. All points of concern will be taped  off to prevent damages, but we cannot guarantee it due to unknown installation quality.

11. Photography: Photos/videos of your property will be taken  before work begins and after it is completed for liability reasons. We  will also use this material for marketing. If you do not want this  material used during our marketing let us know and your wishes will be  respected. If we do not hear from you regarding photography it is assumed that you do not have a problem with it. Either way, we need  will take photos/videos for liability.

12. Products: During the treatment of organic growth,  sodium hypochlorite is used as a disinfectant. This is an industry  standard for soft washing, but there is a concern for some homeowners  that our cleaning agents will damage plant life. During our cleaning  process all vegetation will be watered before, during, and after our  cleaning. In almost all of our cleaning processes we are using a mixture  of 98.75% water and 1.25% sodium hypochlorite. During stain and  graffiti removal, certain acids are needed to remove the stain. If you  have any questions or concerns about what products are being used  during our services, feel free to ask us.
